In the framework of the “Public Administration Week”, Prof. Dr. Wojciech Federczyk, director and chief executive of the Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration, Warsaw, Poland, has been visiting at the School of International Relations and Public Administration, National University of Mongolia. During his visit, he has been participated in the following events.
- He was the honorary speaker of the seventeenth edition of “UB Impulse: Expert talks on Quality Growth” is held on October 16, 2019 with the topic “Citizen oriented public service” which was organized by SIRPA, NUM in cooperation with the Towards a professional, citizen-centered civil service in Mongolia of UNDP. He participated in the UB-Impulse XVII series together with Prof.Dr. Agata Kosieradzka-Federczyk, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Warsaw, Poland.
- Furthermore, he was one of the main speakers of the eight international NUM Leadership Conference – Capacity Development for Transformation which was held on 17, 2019 with the topic of “Innovation in the Polish Public Administration”.
In regarding to the request of the Ph.D candidates of public administration program, Prof. Dr. Wojciech Federczyk gave a guest lecture on October 18, 2019. He described the importance of public administration and specific characters of Polish public administration system. More specifically he emphasized the educational and training programs for civil servants of Poland. Ph.D Candidates were very much interested in the lecture by asking many questions.
During his visit, possibilities and certain aspects of a future cooperation between National University of Mongolia and Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration have been discussed. We are looking forward to having a strong and fruitful cooperation in the future.
